Claims and Warranty
We stand by our eyewear’s quality. If you notice a defect upon receipt, contact us within 24 hours with evidence (e.g., photos). Our warranty covers material and manufacturing defects, offering replacement at our discretion.
- Exclusions: Damage from misuse or normal wear and tear is not covered.
- Process: Approved claims are resolved promptly.
Transport Damage
Transport damages will not be compensated unless any damage is noted on the delivery receipt at the time of receiving and signing for the goods.
